The teacher enters
They create assessments and grade each student, or mark them absent. An absence does not count in the average, it is not a zero.
Management validates
The teacher submits the sheet and it locks. Management validates it or reopens it with a reason.
The report card computes itself
Only validated grades count. Averages, positions and grades are computed, in the section's language.

Questions we are asked.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Kalasi runs in the browser, on computer or phone. An internet connection is required. For schools without a reliable connection, a locally installed version exists: contact us.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial lasts 30 days, no card needed. After the due date you get three days of grace before access is cut. Your data is kept and access resumes as soon as you pay.
How do I pay the subscription?
By Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money), bank transfer or cash. You declare your payment in the app with its reference, we check it arrived and your subscription is extended.
Our school runs both French and English programmes.
This is built in from the start. Each section has its own scale, grades or letters and report card language. A class belongs to a section, and fees stay common.
Who sees what?
Each account has a role: owner, director, secretary, cashier, teacher. A teacher only sees their subjects, a cashier cannot reach classes, a parent only sees their own children. Your school's data is visible to no other school.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time from the Subscription page. The change takes effect once your payment is confirmed.
